Each month I have an inventory report that has a list of items that were shipped from an online store. I need a formula on that excel spreadsheet that will find each SKU and total the amount of times it shows up in the report. So I have a total number of each SKU that was shipped. I should be able to copy/paste the formula each month to a different report.
SKU: 5M-H1AH-K734 ---> TOTAL 12
SKU: 6M-H1AH-KDH5 ---> TOTAL 51
SKU: 7M-H1AH-KUH4 ---> TOTAL 16
SKU: 8M-H1AH-KH22 ---> TOTAL 34

Hi, Just use =COUNTIF(range, criteria). Let me know though if you'd also like to look at a smarter way of working this out without the copy/paste aspect. Cheers, James
