Excel sheet for call center QC

I am looking for a freelancer to help with creating an Excel sheet to track valuable metrics for my call center. Specifically, I would like to be able to track call volume as well as average handle time. I do have some ideas for the format and layout of the sheet, but I'm open to suggestions. To make sure the sheet is as accurate and up to date as possible, I'd like it to be a combination of automated updates, as well as manually updating from time to time.
