Excel template for managing Project team allocation

The excel template should have the option to list all the resources across multiple projects, edit/manage their allocations, and calculate the forcasted monthly costs (burnrate) for each project.
Each resource (team member) would have:
Employee ID
Employee Name
Role
Project allocated (could be more than 1)
Allocation % (for each allocated project)
Allocation Start Date (for each allocated project)
Allocation End Date [Conservative estimate] (for each allocated project)
Allocation End Date [Conservative estimate] Confirmed? (Y/N)
Allocation End Date [Realistic estimate] (for each allocated project)
Daily Rate (Salary for each working day)
There should a calendar view for the list of resources to visually view/edit the allocation at a week level detail.
Color differentiated for each project.
Depending on the allocation across each month (Depending on the 'Allocation End date [Realistic estimate]), there should be a monthly burnrate calculation for each project.
Resources whose 'Allocation End Date [Conservative estimate]' is less than a month and the allocation end date is not confirmed should be highlighted, so either their end date is extended or the end date is confirmed.
