I have an Excel VBA addin to fix. It has 2 issues.

It works ok on some machines but not others with the same version of Excel.

I have used the same installer on both machines. Happens with Excel 2010 and Excel 2013

1). On some PC's it won't load - gives an automation error :

"Class does not support Automation or does not support expected inteface"

It then throws messages "System Error &H8000FFFF (-2147418113) "until it runs out of memory.

I think it is an [login to view URL] issue

2).Excel does not close after addin is used - the same issue I expect.

It works on some PC's - not others. I have both here.

Experienced Excel power users only. This is urgent so I need it fixed in 1 day if possible.
