I would like to link our order sheet, inventory list, raw materials and production sheet together so that when we put an order into the orders sheet and selected yes for delivered, it then deducts from the others such as; our inventory list will minus the products that where delivered and so on.
We would like our colums to have a minimum number, which will indicate that we need to make an order of stock to ensure we have enough raw material to go head with production. So we are able to manage this quickly and effectively.
I have also developed a flow chart to help explains the system that we are trying to build, demonstrating through different scenarios of what will happen in with the excel sheet.
