Would like a simple excel file created to order stock.
There are 2 groups that use this excel file….. one who request
the order (green fields), and the is the one who places the
orders (blue field).
As you can see from the attached excel. there are several
the person will first select the requied items in colume E
The current date will auto fill in colume F.
They can not enter any other field. once they select the
requied items, they submit and an email will be sent to the
one who orders the itmes.
The once then orders the items and enters the Qty ordered in
The Date ordered will automaticly fillin in coloume I
They will select submit, and an email will go back to the first
They will then enter Qty received and date will auto fillin the
This need to be done for each month…and we need to record
the average ordered and the amount above or belove
