We need someone to help us manage our Simpro enterprise management system. We are a locksmith business and in this system we create customer jobs, schedule locksmiths to those jobs, assign materials and create invoices. We would like someone to work our Brisbane (GMT+10) hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday so they are on hand to take on tasks as required and complete them straight away. You will need to have good written and spoken English, need to be able to work our business hours, have good internet access and have access to WhatsApp for constant communication with our team. Simpro experience is not necessary as it is easy for us to teach you this. Microsoft Excel experience would be good as we will get you to do spreadsheet tasks.
