We are a SMB professional services firm looking to hire a talented freelance administrator whiz with outstanding excel skills to take on on-demand adhoc projects.
Ideally you are a/an
a) Business College Student Intern
b) Stay-at-home mother looking to reenter the work force (must have previous corporate/professional business experience) or
c) Recent College Graduate
You can work from anywhere but we are based in NYC and you will need to be able to Skype/Email/Facetime to collaborate on projects at hours that are conducive to New York timezone. You must be able to take calls during normal New York business hours OR between 6 to 9PM New York time.
Type of activity/project includes:
1) Research and download data from digital database
2) Download data (CSV/excel), Wrangle, Manipulate, Organize and Prepare data for easy to use
3) Research data and verify accuracy online
You must be
- Detailed Oriented
- Resourceful Problem-Solver
Proficiency in following required:
- Business English Language
- Excel (Advanced Functions), Pivot, Power Query
- Microsoft Word
- Savvy in using Web/Internet/Digital Databases with limited guidance
Rates vary based on experience.
About 5 to 10 hours a week for 2 to 3 months, and may be renewed.
