We sell real estate in the USA and develop prospect lists from various sources. We need someone who is very good and MS Excel and can manipulate data (sort, text to column, remove duplicates, etc.) and create final marketing lists for use in selling real estate. Requires ability to upload and export lists from several web based software systems.
In addition to excel data management, we need help updating marketing reports in excel by inputting data and statistics from 3rd party sites.
Lastly, this position will create our email marketing pieces in Mail Chimp by replacing photos and copy/paste text into our pre-exisiting templates.
Applicants must be very detail oriented and organized and will work off a daily to do list assisting the company's marketing department. Hours are flexible, but should overlap at last 50% to our business day which is 8am-5pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles-USA). We have video tutorials and instructions for most daily tasks. English proficiency is a must.
