BUSINESS ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT WITH A STRONG SENSE OF DRIVE
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/ LEGAL ASSISTANT/BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
This is a Medical and Business/Legal Virtual Assisting Position
We are looking for a highly educated BUSINESS-TRAINED INDIVIDUAL WITH MASTER’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR EQUIVALENT plus, a highly experienced executive assistant with the following QUALIFICATIONS:
• SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
◦ M-F plus as-needed weekends and evenings
◦ WORK 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
◦ Long-Term Position
◦ Part-Time to Full-Time

• GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTING:
◦ Planning the events and activities and appointment setting and keeping the boss focused on the projects…
◦ All aspects of personal and executive administrative assisting
◦ Creating involved excel sheets, making calculations, managing projects and people, making cold calls, and a great amount of emailing, writing and etc.
◦ Filling out forms and applications…
◦ ALL Administrative SOFTWARES including but not limited to MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint) and photoshop, accounting software
◦ Calling Banks, Business Organizations, Government Organizations, and Insurance Companies...to obtain information and to assertively get things done.
• MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTING:
◦ Professional and fluid verbal communication with easy-to-understand accent
◦ A great number of detailed things such as: creating in-depth reports, doing in-depth research about scientific/medical and other types of concepts…)
◦ Medical Research and Article Writing
• LEGAL ASSISTING:
◦ Legal/Professional Writing
• BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ASSISTING:
◦ Invoicing and submission of invoices and follow-up
◦ Sales
◦ Marketing and Promotion
