Digital Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads) for Fashion Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Facebook Ads to join our fashion brand team. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Facebook Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Facebook Ads strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, traffic, leads, and sales.
Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns, ad sets, and ads, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creatives, and bidding.
Monitor and analyze Facebook Ads performance, identify insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, e-commerce, and customer service, to ensure Facebook Ads alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads best practices, trends, and new features, and apply them to our campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads.
Proven track record of success in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about fashion and trends, with a good understanding of the fashion industry and consumer behavior.
Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
