Ecommerce Facebook Media Buyer Position

Hello, I used to run SEO consulting services for SaaS companies. However, I’m transitioning over to working with Ecommerce companies and currently looking for a savvy Facebook media buyer with extensive experience in Ecommerce companies/brands and manages ad spends around $5k - $10k+ pm.
Requirements
♟ Be creative and comfortable with unconventional ways of thinking.
♟ Minimum $500k ad spend for reputable Ecommerce clients (preferably 7 figures)
♟ Screenshare at least 1 client account during our interview (held on zoom). I will sign a non-disclosure if necessary.
♟ Strong understanding of your edge (what makes your service different)
♟ Be fluent in English
♟ Capacity for 5+ more accounts
Job Responsibilities
? Full reign over Ecommerce clients' Facebook Ad accounts
? In-depth research process using clients’ past ads, data, audience insights, competitors’ ads, Google Analytics, etc.
? Mapping out a funnel that retargets a full spectrum of warm and hot traffic.
? Setting up all ads, including copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately
? Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs
? Daily campaign optimization
? Scaling accounts sustainably with a MINIMUM of 3x ROAS target
We’re here to play for the long-term, you WILL get plenty of opportunities for client work - I 100% make sure my team has good clients and not their time.
You must have case studies to leverage (6-figures p/m is preferred). The ones we have are SEO case studies, but having a solid Ecommerce Ad case study will always stand to benefit all of us in closing larger clients.
Lastly, Pay is on a client-by-client basis - Flat fee and performance-based compensation proposal both are welcome. Best of luck, and hope to see you soon.
