Looking for a long-term Customer Support/Social Media Manager for the planning and productivity brand. The Social Media Manager will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.
The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, goal-oriented and creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. Being a paper planner fan is a great plus! That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to a Social Media Manager’s success.
An essential component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.
Content management duties include:
-Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
-We will provide a designer that will create all the graphics needed, but you have to describe what you want to them upfront.
-Create a regular publishing schedule.
-Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
-Promote content through social advertising.
-Ensure dialogues/interactions on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
-commenting/engaging on social our posts - every single post should be addressed and start a friendly conversation with the commentator
-creating at least 1 new post every day
-connecting with other accounts - watching stories & commenting, commenting on other posts, etc.

Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
