We are a 2 Time Inc 5000 Fastest Growing marketing company located in the US. One of our clients is a reputable law firm who handles personal injury cases in 10 states. I am seeking a freelancer who can generate leads via online and social media so that my call center can then validate those to hand off to our client. We are targeting people with personal injury cases in the following states: AZ, TX, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, FL, NV, CA.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in lead generation for personal injury law firms
- Knowledge of effective lead generation strategies
- Expertise in online advertising, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to generate high quality leads for the lowest possible CPL
Types of Personal Injury Cases, People that were recently injured from the following types of accidents:
- Auto accidents
- Slip and falls
- Wrongful death
- Commercial accidents
- Negligent security
Lead Criteria:
People must have been injured but not their fault, who dont already have an attorney, wasnt dropped by an attorney, did not accept a settlement, and wants to speak with an attorney.
- Can use blogs, social media, online webform, We already own some domains that can be used online.
- I need to produce real time opt ins from any site or social media that my call center will then verify.
- This can be a long term project and if you do well, I also have a solar panel campaign you can also do as well.
- Must understand TCPA compliance, Lead ID tagging, SMS compliance.
