About the Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Figma Designer to develop the wireframe and Figma design for a comprehensive project management app, which will encompass a wide range of modules based on an existing app.

Responsibilities

Core Modules:

Dashboard: Project list, Overview, Directory

Bid/Estimating Management: Take Off, Bids, Estimate, Proposal

Document Management: Document Files/Folders, Drawing/Documents Register, Photos, Forms

Project Management: Budgets, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Variations, Notices, Emails, Tasks/Punchlist, Schedule, Project Poster, Meetings Minutes, Selections, Services

Site Management: Weekly Report, Daily Logs, Inspection Records, OHS, QA, Site Issues Log

Financial Management: Job Cost Report, Claims, Invoices, Accounting

Post-Construction: Handover, Warranty/Defects Management

Communication: Phone/Video Conference, Screen Sharing, Collaboration

Additional Modules:

Template Specifications for various modules

User Modules

Payment Gateway

Setup Models

Requirements

Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio of previous design projects.

Strong attention to detail, particularly with regard to user interface and user experience.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with project management concepts and terms is a plus.
