Film a public talk by a Tibetan Buddhist teacher

Job Description:
The talk is at 6:30pm on Tuesday 31 January, in a small hall in Red Hill Brisbane, and may run until 8:30 depending.
The entire filming is just one static shot framed in a specific way mentioned in the attachments.
It is also ideal if the camera can accept two XLR inputs to record 2 separate channels of audio from the sound desk. If not, then at least have a mic on board to help sync up the sound later.
It would be good to allow half an hour or more prior to the event to set up.
