Responsible for preparing Annual Operating Plans, budgets and forecasts at Company and SBU level
Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions
Analyze, investigate and explain key variances and trends in P&L lines and provide commentaries and business insights on variance under different scenarios
Liaise with the Central teams to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project/process boundaries
Track project milestones and deliverables, develop best practices and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Analyze industry performance, growth prospects, future trends, build competitive knowledge and compare company’s performance with industry performance
