A detailed theoretical FE study to be carried out to reveal the influence of using modular segmented stator with tongues and grooves interlocking arrangement.
Up to five designs to be simulated: different joint shapes within the stator segments
The influence of these five different shape structures will be analysed for iron losses, air gap flux density, cogging torque, back EMF and material properties.
