Fix existing web app project

I need a skilled developer to fix my existing web app project. The project is experiencing both functionality and design/UX issues that need to be addressed. The project was built using Angular 8 framework with data connected to MySQL via API written on Python. The fixes is quite straightforward for a well experienced developer hence I expect it to be completed in no more than one day upon project award. This excludes time taken to download the source code from my Gitlab and setting up MySQL database.
The first problem is the top navigation disappears whenever I refresh the browser. Refer to attached Navigation disappear [login to view URL] video file.
The second problem is that a tab does not appear on a page upon display. The code can be investigated at configure-cmpi-ctrl.component.html. Refer to attached Form tab not [login to view URL] video for detailed description.
Freelancer shall not remove original code in fixing the issue but comment them instead. Freelancer shall not create new component in the Angular project without agreement from Owner in fixing the issue. Any line added by Freelancer shall be marked with comment of Freelancer’s name.
