Flash Action scripting for LYD

Hello
I am looking to carry out a two stage development of an existing website called www.littleyellowduck.co.uk.
For the first stage of this development, I am looking for a highly skilled flash developer with very good actionscript skills to develop a means by which I can feature my work on the site by a series of clever transitions. I would like this to be very similar to the way the work is revealed on the site http://www.mullerphoto.com.
The work will feature on three of the existing sections within the design already created and feature probably no more than three examples of work in each section....all of which will be static photographic imagery
I will post the second stage of this project at a later stage, which will involve the developement of the folder icons and site preloaders. However, I would be more than happy to give this second stage work to the individual who successfully develops the first stage for me
