Add item sizes and food options to food app menu item ordering and edit screens. The development includes radio/checkbox form fields and json. There are two screens to be enhanced, edit and ordering. The api (json) and communication framework already exists.

Requirements: - Flutter, github, mac preferable

Deliverables:

The project is estimated at 4 hours and delivered within same day and two milestones

- Ordering screens (minimal effort - display sizes on ordering screen)

- Menu item edit screen

Menu item edit screen

- create two collapsible sections (item sizes and options)

- use existing app collapsible style (or reuse code)

- Collapsible SIZES - create 3 rows - each row has a label (Small, Medium, Large) for entering item size prices

- Collapsible OPTIONS - dynamically create rows for adding options

- create an action link (+) Add option to create row

- option row has two fields, name and price
