WHAT THE ADVISER WILL DO:
Technical requirements required to complete the scope of my project:
- 2 programming language options for Android and IOS for the owner to choose from.
- Describe the Pros and Cons of each option as well as the Adviser's suggestion. This task will be submitted in advance.
- With the above information, the owner will select the best option so that the Adviser to add it to the final RFP doc.
- Provide an estimated price based on the project scope, including a fee breakdown of time and scope
- Provide a detailed project timeline that includes activities, deliverables, and resources to be used.
- Describe the technical requirements to test and evaluate the performance of the mobile app development (QA).
- Cite the tools to be accepted to run the tests.
- Minimum OS for the app to run seamlessly.
- Minimum devices that the app will work with seamlessly.
- All the tech elements required to get the best proposals from developers
The owner will share the already-done Requirement Doc with the winning freelancer.
