Update flutter project libraries or implement audio listeting in project

Hello,
I have old project and now i can't build it with even old flutter version (2.0,2.2,2.10) and dart SDK.
Maybe you can fix it out and update libraries, to get working project.
Or i have working updated same project, just i need implement audio listening from backend. Backend is Firebase. I had working solution in my old project.
Budget is aroud 30 usd, please write saparas job 30, means you read it.
Problem with localization, intl and provider. Its can be working, but when dont working buttons, maybe need rewrite code then. With it ->
