Create a React, Material UI, Auth0 starter site

We’re looking for a developer that has experience with React, Material UI and [login to view URL] to build a starter website for us. This will be a framework that other developers use as a starting point for their work.
We want a site that support multiple landing pages that are tied to multiple types of users. For example, one page will allow Gamers to create an account, where another landing page will allow Developers to create an account.
Each landing page will use Oauth to create an account with a register button and login buttons that links to the authorization service [login to view URL] . Also, both Oauth and username/password should be supported. You will include a page that uses Auth0 that allows a user to change their password.
Each type of user will be separated into different groups in Auth0.
Once the user is logged you will use Material UI to display an Dashboard styled backend. This will support multiple pages that are accessible using buttons visible on the left part of the screen that link to Dashboard styled pages on the right.
Each landing page account will have an end-user site and an admin site. To access the admin site one preconfigured account will exist in Auth0.com. Both the end-user and admin sites will appear as dashboards.
In the admin site please add the ability to host pages generated by the [login to view URL] builder. These pages should be embedded into a react page. In addition please include the formio tool [login to view URL] . This is a drag and drop form builder.
The user side should show the formio based page that was generated on the admin site. The page definition can be written and read from a single json file for now. The site should be served using nginx.
In addition to JavaScript we want the ability to use TypeScript for the project.
The finished product will be in the form of a docker container that will be checked into github. Please include scripts to quickly create new landing pages, auth0 user types.
We will provide a custom Material Dashboard provided by creative-tim.com. You will create free accounts on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Please provide a fixed price and timeframe for the delivery.
