3. Business Process
Users enter the website, browse products and preferential policies, and submit basic information, such as name, address, telephone number, electricity bill, available on-site service time, etc. According to the user's information, the data system inquires the qualified installer and dispatches the order to its application terminal. The installer receives the user's information and calls to determine the location and time of visit. Upload the measurement data on the day of the service and attach the user's signature to confirm. Inform users of the expected replacement price and preferential price.
