2D endless runner action video game app

I am looking for a someone to build a app game. We want to build it in segments so we can test the gameplay/functionalities as we go.
We will be providing artwork for the game in stages. Some if the artwork we will replay in second draft as we have placers for things just to test functions are correct beforehand.
I tend to see Unity in a lot of examples, so if you can use Unity that would be better.
Timeframe would be 2-4weeks.
This is going to be a working progress, so we will continue to work with them providing they are capable
