Build a 2D casual game

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced mobile app developper to turn our game into reality.
We already got the designs prepared of Gameplay, screens, characters, animations files ...etc , we have the files in .AI / PNG / JSON,
We want someone to turn this into a live game, we are looking forward to publish this to android.
What do you need to do :
1- Apply the Gameplay, with screens characters and animations (we already have animation files)
2- Setup a system for levels.
2- Setup leaderboard, shop and link them to our google play account.
The game concept is similar to the "Catch the eggs" famous game.
