Native German speaker with exceptional communication skills.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment or HR sector.
Adept at cold calling and lead generation.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to initiate and nurture productive client relationships.
Comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the German market.
Present and articulate our recruitment services and value proposition effectively.
Identify and qualify sales leads to build a robust client pipeline.
Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent client service and maintain lasting client relationships.
