As a SaaS provider in the e-commerce space we are looking for an individual who can help us to tidy up our tracking analytics.
We want to be ale to better measure certain goals at each step of the customer journey.
Our plan for tracking is attached but ultimately we have 2 goals:
1. Be able to see which steps users are falling off at and optimise
2. Be able to measure the success of different marketing channels
Our customer journey involves the user landing on our Webflow website.
When they click to start a free trial they are redirected to our app subdomain.
They can only sign up using Google, Xero or QuickBooks log in (all of which take them off site).
Then during the setup process they will go off site again a few times when they connect their sales channels and bookkeeping account.
Due to this process of them going off site multiple times we have struggled to get clear analytics set up.
We are looking for someone who can help us get our analytics set up correctly to deal with specifically the above situation.
Note, we are NOT looking for someone to just install GTM and think they are done.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that the analytics is working correctly, tracking each step of the customer journey and ensuring we can see the ORIGINAL source of the traffic at each step.
