Photos of products are upload to Google Drive.

Vision Api shall check all photos simultaneously, read the product number written on the product, create a folder on Google Drive under that product number, put all the photos with the same product number under that folder.

Also read the other details about the product and register them on a Google datasheet. Each product is a raw (product ID, size, etc)

Also add labels or tags on photos for future use. Google Photos Api might be used.

Details:

Set up a Google Cloud Platform project and enable the Google Drive API, Google Photos API, and Google Cloud Vision API.

Use the Google Drive API to monitor a specific folder in your Google Drive account where you upload your product photos. Whenever a new photo is uploaded to this folder, your application will detect the new file and trigger the Google Cloud Vision API to process the image.

Use the Google Cloud Vision API to detect the product number written on the product in each photo. You can use optical character recognition (OCR) to extract the product number from the image.

Create a new folder in your Google Drive account with the name of the product number that was detected in step 3. You can use the Google Drive API to create a new folder and move the photo(s) to the new folder.

Read the other details about the product (such as product name, description, and price) from a Google Sheet or database. You can use the Google Sheets API or another database API to read and update data in the sheet or database.

Register the product details in a Google Sheet or database. You can use the Google Sheets API or another database API to store the product details.

Use the Google Photos API to add labels or tags to the photos based on the product number or other details. This will make it easier to search for the photos in the future.

To implement this project, you will need to have experience with the Google Drive API, Google Photos API, and Google Cloud Vision API, as well as experience with OCR and database management.
