Google App Script - pull response from form and distribute to multiple sheets based on specific email

Hello. I have 120 google form quizzes which I plan to embed in my LMS.

I would then like to pull responses from each form and send to a specific spreadsheet based on email.

For example, student @ [login to view URL] takes the quiz and their result is pulled from the form and sent to a sheet for school1 or student @ [login to view URL] takes quiz and there result is pulled into a sheet for school2. If possible I would also like the results removing from the form responses once they have successfully been moved to another sheet.

There would be 100 schools approximately.
