We are looking for an experienced Google Dialogflow developer to help us build a chatbot to assist our customers with their queries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Work with our team to define the chatbot's intents and entities based on customer needs
Design and implement the chatbot's dialog flows using Google Dialogflow
Build custom integrations with external services like Google Sheets and APIs
Test the chatbot to ensure it meets our quality standards
Deploy the chatbot and provide ongoing support and maintenance
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience building chatbots using Google Dialogflow
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
Experience with webhooks and custom integrations
Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript and Python
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
