I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Chrome extension that retrieves technical indicator data from a server and sets up tradingview alerts through browser notifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing Chrome extensions and knowledge of tradingview alerts. The project requirements are as follows:

Data Retrieval:

- The extension should retrieve technical indicator data from the server.

Tradingview Alerts:

- The extension should set up tradingview alerts through browser notifications.

- The preferred method for setting up the alerts is through browser notifications.

Frequency:

- The extension should retrieve data from the server and update the tradingview alerts as soon as possible.
