Google chrome extention for autobuy

I want to create a google chrome extension for a particular website for auto click on a single particular button on a specific time. Need dashboard for users and admin.
It should work on [login to view URL] so basically there is a submit button and it should be clicked when the device clock reaches a particular time. Lets say 7:29:43 seconds and it should hit submit and time shouldnt be fixed as in the user can choose his own submit time.
In dashboard it should be pretty normal just subscription left ,next payment due, and the extension should work after the key which is generated from the dashboard. When we enter the key in the extension the bot should work.
And after the subscription is over the keys should get removed and the bot should not work.
I want it to be completed asap.
