Need a chrome extension that will checkout automatically

I need a chrome extension that first, will be only accessible by a key, (I should have a way to get unlimited keys).
Then I need them to be able to input two pieces of information into the extension. (Product link, CCV)
Then once the URL has a specific button the the page (user will keep hitting refresh until extension sees button) extension will press button and go to checkout link, to fill out information.
