Google Sheets - Automating Row Transfer to New Tab Depending on Data Validation Selection

We need to know if it is possible to automate Row Transfers to a specific tab depending on the selected data validation drop down options.
EXAMPLE:
Data Validation Drop Down Options: 1, 2 and 3
Tab Options: A, B and C
All entries are made in Tab A and the first Data Validation drop-down that would always be selected firstly is Option 1.
The process will follow that either Option 2 or Option 3 would be selected eventually.
Once Option 2 is selected it would automatically transfer the ENTIRE ROW to Tab B as a new entry and automatically remove the ENTIRE ROW from Tab A.
Once Option 3 is selected it would automatically transfer the ENTIRE ROW to Tab C as a new entry and automatically remove the ENTIRE ROW from Tab A.
We are not sure if this is possible, so we need a freelancer to confirm is the app is capable of this function before the project is rewarded.
