Heatmap for Google sheets - need it by zipcode over USA map - only bid if you know how to do this

I have 600 companies with a ZIP code in a google sheet. I need a live HeatMap of the USA that changes when I add/delete/change the company list. See the image attached to the project. We want the heatmap added to its own tab and should update as data in the first tab is changed.

We already have Longitude and Latitude for each zip code. The heatmap should have mouse-over that shows City, State. We need this quickly and should be easy for someone that knows how to do this.
