Staff Dispatch app

Job Description:

we get job requests online and manually assign them. we need the instructors to have an app that shows them only their jobs and allows them to change status and enter notes.

This app should list things like the date, start time, end time class name, company name, contact name and phone, job notes, number of instructors (any job can have multiple instructors).

They should be able to change status to on site, in progress, ready to bill, pending payment, and complete (meaning payment received), canceled not billable, cancelled billable

They should only see their jobs, not other instructors and there should be a shared table or calendar for jobs without an instructor so they can take any open job.

Admins should be able to pull a report on all unpaid lines in a date range.

FUTURE NEED

We will need to add an integration at some point that checks a google group for an email with the JOB # in the subject and sends the email to the instructor registered for the class

scope could change based on development and testing but this is where we start.
