Listing Template for eBay Store

I need a good looking eBay listing template for my store. Ideally in order to keep cost down, I am looking for someone who already has a template they have made before and can just plug in the categories I want as well as the applicable header text.
The store category names are:
Animals & Pet Supplies
Arts & Entertainment
Business & Industrial
Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry
Electronics & Computers
Health, Beauty & Grocery
Home, Garden & Tools
Media
Motor Vehicle Accessories
Sporting Goods
Toys, Kids & Baby
Everything Else
I would also like links to Store, Contact Us, About Us, and FAQs which can be bookmarks where appropriate. I attached a template I had made previously but am looking for a new and better one. Other features I would like to see are the main image inside the listing (as shown in example) as well as gallery images (enough for 4). The should be a Product Description and also a Features section along with Return Policy, Shipping, Payment, Contact Us tabs as shown in the example. I do not want the product dimensions or banner that says "i am a liquidatewarehouse seller...." as seen in the sample. The color scheme should match my attached logo (white, silver, soft greens/blue). If you have a template you have made for a past employer please add my logo to it and send me a screen shot. I will choose which one i like the best that's the most affordable based on the samples.
I will need the final html, images, and psd if applicable. thanks
