2D Animation For Top of Website.

Job Description:
Hi,
We are a Social Media Marketing Agency in need of a 2d animation that will be at the top of our website. Our website will be a one page design with the animation at the top and the rest of the content pages shown from scrolling below it.
The animation will be played on loop and does not need sound. Should be around 15-30 seconds.
This is a general script of what we are looking for.
Scene starts with strip of businesses with sidewalk running in front.
View through the window of the main business in the middle. Will show people walking past main business on the sidewalk and not entering. The business owner will look sad.
Our logo drops from the sky onto the business and an explosion happens. The owner now has customers lined out the door and people aren't passing by. The owner is ecstatic and our logo and slogan appear “Let us explode your business!”
