We are looking to build a new website of cryptocurrency exchange.
You should be enthusiastic and a problem solver, which are the two most important qualities for a developer to have in a start up. However, due to us being a startup, we do not have a lot of money at all. We are barely hanging on to be completely honest. This is why we are doing the ICO. To get enough funds to build an amazing cryptocurrency exchange. Currently, we have a mobile application (mvp) built and the website is almost done for the ICO. We will begin building the exchange when the ICO is finished. We would love to have you on our team as we have looked through your work history and are very positive you can help us make this exchange, but if you join our team we cannot pay you anything but a share of developer tokens until after the ICO due to our lack of funds. After the ICO, you will absolutely be paid a very good amount to start working on the exchange. What I am really asking is to give us a chance. You and other developers are vital to make this ICO successful, and we need your help. Would you join our team, without payment, until after the ICO? (remember, you will NOT WORK until after the ICO is over).
