Description
Looking for the creation of a website and supporting Real estate brochures for a new condo/hotel project based in the the mountains on Beech Mountain, North Carolina. The Website is geared towards Purchaser of real estate Cabins/Villas for their personal use and/or an independently managed investment.
We have current renderings and previous built product that can be showcased/utilized in addition to floor plans. We REQUIRE the use of clip art or STOCK photos to complete the overall theme/message of the website/brochure.
We are selling the individual homes and or condos under a managed investment program for people to use themselves and rent when not using.
We are offering 5 different models ranging between $290,000 (a 1-bedroom hotel unit/condo) up to $890,000 Luxury A-Frame Residence:

3) Real Estate Catalog/Brochure that includes each models floor plans, renderings and specifications
4) a downloadable feature sheet in PDF for each model.

We are looking to create a high end brand similar to a Four seasons, Ritz Carleton, Rosewood, or other Luxury 5 Star hotels.
The important message we are looking to get across is: Environmentally Responsible Development, Luxury Real estate Investments, and purchase a Cash flowing asset in an Incredible location, Members of a private club including: clubhouse Concierge services, Luxury spa and restaurant. Our Amenities include: Day-Spa, Hotel/Lodge rooftop, community heated swimming pool.
