Build an Event Website

Looking for your specific and real offer not for a chat request.
My client is an event company, most recently doing online events. The company planning 5 new events for 2021. They need 5 new websites for their events. Next event comes in the last week of February 2021 and after that 3rd week of March 2021.
I would need a person/company to create those websites together with visuals. Instructions will be given. One of the event websites they own is [login to view URL]
OFFER
The offer should be for the 5 web sites. Take the [login to view URL] as an offer base. Not less not more.
The first website will be the pilot. If work (the website) is accepted by the event company we will have a contract for all. If not, 1/5 of the offer will be paid and terminated.
Offers should come with maintenance agreement which will include updating the visuals, creating new pages etc. Also, security and speed should be well cared. WordPress might be ok but the ready templates are not the solutions that they are looking for. However, you could use a framework such as Envision, salient, divi, genesis etc.
Website language will be English.
I am looking for a long term partnership.
