1. We need to be able to put in the names and personal information of customers.
Name, Address, email, phone numbers, how are they related to the decease. Son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, father, uncle, Aunt, Cousin, brother in law, sister in law etc..

Listing of additional family members associated with the decease.

What activities have been done
There will be a listing of all actives associated with the family member. We need to show where they are in the sale process and what type of letters and correspondence they have received.

We need to have the agents name that the family was given to.
What type of Lead is it

There also needs to be a contact person associated with the lead that set up appointments. If we use telemarketers they are not the owners of the lead, but they may set an appointment and place the name of the customer and the appointment date under a particular agents name.
The agent needs to know who that telemarketer is and that telemarketer needs to know that the agent got the lead and confirmed the appointment.
