Looking for a web developer in Washington DC Area.

I have an interesting Web-based project idea that requires seasoned programming/web developing skills. The website will not be hard to build but I want it to look neat with the right color palette.

This website aims at connecting college students. If everything works out well, I am hoping to gradually increase a number of signed-up users and Web traffic respectively, and then turn it into a profitable company.

I live and work in Washington DC Area and am looking for someone with solid and essential skills around DC. Also, I am willing to do a sweat equity partnership (somebody who can take responsibility for technology part).
