Building a Website very similar to gigsalad/weddingwire

I am looking for a website similar to gigsalad/aliveNetwork in terms of functionality and features but a completely different look and feel.

Before reading the below, Please go to gigsalad/alivenetwork (if you don't know it already) to have a better understanding of the requirement.

Site description:

1. Artists of all kind, register for a membership in the website.

2. The client searches for the required artist in his city/outside city.

3. Client requests a quote from the chosen artist(bulk quotes request should be sent)

4. The system sends the details of the client to the chosen artist,

5. Artists will receive the details through their emails.

6. Artist access their panel in the website to put their price (or if they require additional information from the client).

7. The system then sends all the quotes (each one separately) to the client.

8. The client accepts the most suitable quote.

9. The client deposits some amount to secure the deal.

10. After the completion of the required job by the artist, the website deducts the admin fee (5% or so. Which is payed by the artist).

11. The website then sends a Feedback form to the client.

12. Client's evaluation will appear below the Artist 5 Start rating.

STEPS:

1. I must be able to install pluggins at later dates with no trouble. Therefore the platform that you use must support our growth.

2. The design must also allow for future installation of advertisements. Advertisements will account for a massive chunk of the website monetization efforts.

3. The profile pages of the regular users and service professionals MUST show previous work done and previous persons hired. It must be similar to a timeline and there must be a social element to the profiles.

9. Training must be provided in sufficient quantities, so that I will be able to run the website by myself. Therefore the administration of the website must be simple and easy to understand.

11. Communication is a MUST. Video conferences will be a massive plus.

12. The website has to be Responsive (easy to access on Mobile, iPad, etc.) - gigsalad is great example.

The website must also include:

1. Space for Blogs/ News/ Articles

2. Social Media Integration and Mailing List Integration

3. The ability to have a variety of payment options, as well as different types of members.
