We are looking to build a sales Audit application to solve the current below mentioned process.
Our current sales audit process as follows:
• Sales manager assigns various territories to sales representatives (SR)
• SR will go to territories/areas. SR will visit various retail outlets.
• SR will take printout/hard copy of the sales statement for the week. SR will feed data in the statement in an excel sheet
• SR will dispatch it via courier to SM and the excel via email.
• SR will send SMS to SM that statement has been sent.
Challenges:
• At times email may not be available
• Courier goes late at times
• Data loss may happen in transit
• Not able to get snapshot of overall audit done
We want to automate this above procress.
All the applications without proposals will be directly rejected.
