Design cards for mobie game

I have an idea for an idle game to be designed in unity.
I just can't decide between having the characters in 3d, 2d, or cards.
So I want a character created in each category in order to evaluate the cost, visual quality, and time needed to finish a character in 3d,2d, or card.
For now I have someone working for 3d and 2d, right now I need a designer to create a card with special effects to represents the spells of that character.
The cards will have an attack power, hp, trait, description of the character, spell, and its ultimate move.
The special effects will be required for the spell and ultimate move.
If you can finish within 2 days it would be much appreciated (I would like to decide quickly in order to start development).

Please read the description carefully, am not asking for app design, am not asking for app development, am not asking to create characters in 3d and 2d with backgrounds I'M JUST ASKING FOR ONE CARD TO BE CREATED. HEARTHSTONE LIKE CARDS OR ELDER SCROLLS LEGENDS. If you never heard of those card games, thats a con for me.
