Design / Drawing Ladder with rungs

I create learning material for Montessori-Music Schools and I need a design of a ladder leaning on a tree. In the background a meadow and the blue sky and sun. But I need some specifications in size. You´ll find everything in the description below – this is very important!!! The material is for learning the names of the tones.
Project-Info:
size: 60x20 cm with 300 dpi or other good printing resolutiuon!
I need a colourful painting/drawing of a ledder with rungs and some of them broken.
Please check the photoshop-file first ! to see the rough idea of it.
The lines with the round circles and the Letters (A,B,C etc.) are the rungs and the little strockes at the left and right are the broken rungs.
the ladder should be a wooden ladder in a nice hand drawing style – not too cartoon-style. I want it to look more natural... the painting should me made for kids, but not in a popping colour cartoon style – I want it to look like a painting with a more realistic style.
You can be creative there... but not like „hello kitty“ or „bob the builder“– more like old disney classic movies like the „junglebook“ or „aristocats“.
In the background I want a meadow on the bottom, a nice blue sky and some sunrays.
The Ladder should lean on a apple tree or on a branch of it.
The background should fill the hole format, but can be a little transparent or in fading colours, so that the ladder is present in the forgound of the picture. the main focus must bet the ladder!
I created some helpline/overlay-lines – they define the position of the ladders rungs.
Do NOT reposition the ledder-rungs!!!
the broken rungs dont have a fixed position.
the circles must line up in the middle of the rungs and have fixed size:
A=50mm diameter
B=45
C=40
D=35
E=30
F=25
G=20
A=15
in the middle of the circles there are the Letters: A, B, C
they should fill out the cirlce quite well, but not directly to the border lines.
the circles must have white colour and the Letters in Black.
the background/Drawing should make a smooth transition to the white center of the circles, or slightly looking through the white Circle. The Letters must me good readable.
I dont want the black cirlce lines in the drawing, these lines are just demo!
the hole drawing will be printed on wood and the cirlces will be cut out of it, so at the end the hole thing is like a puzzle.
!!! the position of the rungs is fixed !!!
!!! the size of the circlers is fixed !!!
