I need a rush job to do a very simple flyer. It would be a tri-fold, 8.5" x 11", 4-color on both sides. I have all the required images for this and would supply you with the text. I would need one in french and 1 in english. Other than the different languages, the two would be exactly the same. English needs to be finalized (including review of draft) by Friday. French translation may or may not be ready for Friday, so may extend to following week. I will try to have it ready tomorrow though.
0.125" Bleed on each side
If design extends to edges, make sure background images "bleed" an extra 0.125" on each side.
Verify that all important text and images are within the safe margin (0.125" from the trim line).
Verify that folding lines and orientation are correct. Call 1-888-888-4211 for special folding instructions.

I will email the text, the kitchen photo,the project logo, the resort map, and the color rendering of the house directly to the winning bidder.
